ADDITIONAL COSTS
- There is an additional guest fee of $100 per person per night over 16 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.
- Pool heating is an option and is an additional $150 per day with a 3 day minimum. Please arrange this 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Baby Items available for a small per-visit rental fee.

-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.
-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
